Louis what is the trick here with the waist? Is is the diagonal line, or that the eye is drawn to the waist area in general?
Both….the raised position of the scarf on the waist softens the waist line emphasizing it gently which a belt doesn’t do….so if you have waist issues this is an easy way to look like you have one. Of course if a waist line isn’t an issue….belt it!
