It is a sheer georgette with woven stripes that look like matte satin ribbons. They even have a twill texture. The body flows due to this super soft and light as air fabric. It has a jewel neckline with a key hole back. It has a single button and an elastic loop. The CAP of the sleeve, and the bottom of the sleeve have extra shirring to give a billowy effect. There is a narrow cuff. Side slits give the blouse a somewhat casual look when worn outside.. You don’t have to worry about the sheerness because there is an ATTACHED TANK…..As a bonus I have added a beautiful oblong scarf in the matching fabric.. It’s the perfect blouse to dress up any jacket and the new BIG DEAL CARDIGAN…..a nonchalant elegance.
