Well…last evening I ordered the new jewelry…my last Linea order.
It is still hard to grasp that this “is it” knowing your creative talents could still be designing items to make us feel and look our best. The past month I have spent a fortune buying all the things I love, many in several colors. The Linea packages that were being delivered in a flurry of several a day or now dwindling. I must give a shout out to my husband. Not once in all the years of buying Linea jewelry and clothes, did he ever comment about all the packages. This past month, he would smile as he put the packages on the table for me He complimented me often, and after a while, he knew to recognize when I was wearing Linea. I guess that means I have a signature look! Louis, thank you, thank you, for helping me dress and feel wonderful. I have many beautiful coats that will last years and I bought as many blazers as I could as they will also last years. My Linea jewelry collection over the years could not be considered extensive. When I open my drawers and look at my trays, I take great joy in selecting my jewelry piece “of the day”. At my age, I make a point of wearing my jewelry daily whether I leave the house or not. Why not? It cannot be enjoyed sitting in the drawer. It is the same with my crystal wine glasses, crystal serving pieces, and good dishes. I rearranged my kitchen cabinets and have all within easy reach. Even if my dinner isn’t all that great, the table setting makes up for it!
