Whisper Knit Sneak Peek #4, A233947, is the SLEEVELESS MOCK NECK sweater. The length is approx. 26 inches for the XS. In your collection of ESSENTIAL WHISPER KNIT pieces, a sleeveless mock neck holds a special place. This is a truly season-less piece, and looks great both dressed up and casual. I particularly like the sleeveless mock neck paired with the KIMONO, but honestly looks just a fabulous with the CLASSIC CARDIGAN. In all BLACK , the set can take you from the office to drinks after work, and with the right bottom…..say a black lace skirt or a long jersey skirt…..it would be appropriate for any “special occasion”. With a pair of black leggings or white Capri pants and the silver or gold wave necklace….it’s a spectacular look…..you can’t get any more modern than that…..and on top of it all…..it’s SUPER COMFORTABLE! With my simple WHITE or INDIGO DENIM PENCIL SKIRT, a pair of the newest POINTY flats or TEA CUP heels…..a great TOTE in a third accent color……. all eyes will be on you. Of course the NECTARINE mock neck, pictured above is the perfect color to wear with your new FISH PENDANT!……make sure the ORANGE EYE is up!! All you really need for this sweater is a pair of suntanned arms………faux tans will do too. Once again the colors are……….NECTARINE………..AQUA…………..LIME………..HOT PINK…………NAVY………..BLACK…………………………….start checking off your list.
………………………………..enjoy………………much Love…………………..Louis
I will be getting the mock neck and two other syles in this color. It looks so sharp with the Phoenix shirt in tobacco. Louis, will any other styles be coming in the Phoenix print, a skirt, jacket maybe?
There isn’t any thing else coming in the print and I probably won’t be repeating it.
Dear Louis,
Thank you for your quick response. I was leaning toward the crease. Which style did you feel gives a slimmer look – with or without crease? I would defer to your expertise in this matter. You are always so helpful to us and I want to do justice to your designs. Thank you.
I had a strong feeling you were for the crease…..I would suggest the crepe with the crease especially in the ivory which is lined and tends to look fuller, which ever color you have will look fine with the crease. The faux herringbone linen is a softer look, though it would take a sharp crease, I prefer them languid…..I
Dear Louis,
I have a question regarding your trousers – A232348 and A226259. I purchased these in the petite length but still need to alter the length. Do you recommend a crease down the center of the pants or leave both as is? Thank you so much for your beautiful designs.
Dear Bcm….that’s a difficult one to answer, because it really is a personal preference. The pressed crease will give the pant a more mens wear trouser look………..while unpressed it is a softer more feminine look…..they both work and both pants would look good either way. When you put a crease in the pant it tends to take the “round” look away which can make the pant look slimmer. Again, it all depends what look you are going for. The crepe pant suit in ivory with the creased trouser can have a Marlene Dietrich look. I hope I haven’t confused you more…..which way are you leaning?
Dear Louis,
I love the look of this mock neck – great for showing off your great jewelry and for wearing under your jackets. Will these be available before your show?
Thanks,
Dariann
Dear Dariann…..They aren’t scheduled until mid April, so I doubt they will be avail before my first show on the 3rd at 4pm…..but they will probably be avail by my second show on April 18th at 11pm.
This one for me in every color!
