Thank you so much for these quotes, your insightful writings, your wisdom, your caring, the memories you bring flooding back of happier times. Not a day goes by without reading, although I don’t usually write.
I hope this year is happier for all of us.

So many of these have my name on them. Thank you for giving us things to laugh about, when there’s so much that makes us want to cry. I have passed a lot of these on to friends. Keep your wonderful writing up, and lets hope that there are better things ahead for all of us.

Yes to all of these. Thank you for gathering these collections of quotes for us — and wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year! On a lighter note — I was just debating whether or not to recycle a really good cardboard box (raised by a child of the Depression).

I am copying the hand-written poem and posting it in a visible place. As my first year begins without either of my parents (having said goodbye to them both last year), the poem reminds me that if I stay in my grief,I am missing all the gifts GOD has given me today. I am not letting them go…..just the sorrow that came with their loss. I carry their memory forward. When I feel the tug and warmth in my heart, they are near! And I am not the only ship out on this ocean of life in all situations-good and bad. You share your heart with all of us and are an example of grace as you move forward with your life. You are a spark-thrower!! Life goes on and love goes along with it. I pray, listen, believe and back into the current I go…..🌞🌊
