……………….The short SUNDRESS was made in a new NYLON blend fabric that had a pronounced crinkle texture. It had a slight iridescence that was highlighted by the texture of the fabric…..The body was fitted at the top and then A-Lined out. It had a tiny ruffle at the front neckline, at the back neckline and at the hem of the dress. It also had a ruched elastic area at the center back neckline…..A simple little sundress with LOTS OF DETAILS. It could also double as a tunic over Capri leggings…..It came in THYME…..SEAFOAM….and BLACK.
This is a most intriguing garment! What wonderful details, AND the ability to wear as a dress or a top. I am unfortunately very late to the Linea party and only managed to acquire a few pieces which have survived all closet purges because they are TIMELESS as you always say. Thank you for presenting your archives Louis, I have no idea how you still remember all of this information! It’s truly amazing!
