…………………….Lou, his wife Maria and I had a lovely dinner at a local restaurant called the “CRAB SHELL”. The restaurant has been there for years, but everything around the restaurant has dramatically changed. What used to be a pretty dismal canal has been transformed in a beautiful Marina. and across the canal what use to be industrial has been transform into “HARBOR POINT”, a group of beautiful apartment buildings, restaurants and stores……Many people have moved out of New York to this area, because, it is only one stop on the express Metro North railroad……a perfect commute for people who work in NYC…….a great escape especially in the COVID era…..It was fun to eat outdoors in the last days of summer with two of my favorite people!
