Dear Louis, I couldn’t agree with you more. Just remember the key word in “Take a break” and “Take a vacation” is “TAKE”☺️. That is a verb, ya’ know? lol. A good friend explained this to me years ago when I was lamenting the absence of peace in my body and soul and the constant presence of chaos in my life. Her words made a lasting impression on me.
