…………………..On this Holiday I just can’t bring myself to use the word “happy”…..since there is nothing happy about it………The pictures of gravestones marking a soldier that lies beneath each one is a grim reminder of what this day is about……..REMEMBERING ALL OF THE MEN and WOMEN who have died defending this country since the time the United States was created is very profound ………The loss of life is unimaginable……..We also must remember those who have fought for us, and who have survived…..many with unspeakable injuries, to both body and mind, who are dealing with a new reality…..a new way of existing in the world……….We should do all in our power to make their lives easier!………WAR is NEVER THE ANSWER……………GOD BLESS THEM ALL!
