The smoke from the Canadian fires has reached Ct. I had to close all of my windows the smell of smoke was so bad. I have not heard one report on the status of the fires in Canada.

OMG was that scary, another unprecedented event. I live in NYC and the smell was terrible but when I looked out the window and saw that it turned orange, I couldn’t help but think what is going on!!! Thank goodness that we weren’t in a heat wave it would have been so much worse. I couldn’t understand why all the time they are interviewing people in NY but I haven’t seen any interviews or statements about the fire from anyone in Canada???
I was wondering what your view looked like.
Louis, please stay inside!! I’ve seen pictures on TV how this dense smoke is blanketing the East Coast regions….and moving west. Stay healthy!
