The JULY 30TH SNEAK PEEK #4 is the ………LACE TUNIC TOP, 237099. The fabric is a STRETCH lace 98%poly and 2% span. The body is lined in trico knit. The lining it attached at the neckline and shoulder only, and it is in the shape of a sleeveless V-neck tunic tank. The colors are……….BOYSENBERRY……..COCOA…………….TEAL…………………The faux washed silk pant, A235315, is the perfect coordinate. The color of the pant, in each case, is a deeper color than the lace which really lets the lace stand out. The colors, as you can see from above, are very saturated, and the photos are very accurate. There are many SPECIAL OCCASIONS that come up in SEPT, OCT. NOV etc. that this lace top would be perfect for….for a more casual look, pair it with JEANS. Again, it is a garment that is easy care, washable and packable. It has a FIT & FLARE SHAPE, but not too much Flare….so it will be perfect for many body types. The length of the tunic is approx. 31 inches for the xs. The sleeves are 3/4 length, so pack on the bangles…………I have accessorized the TEAL tunic with my NAVY PEARLS, J264035, which are available NOW, the BOYSENBERRY tunic with my WINE pearls that many of you own, and the COCOA tunic with my long strand necklace of FACETED BEADS, J273583 and the matching stretch bracelet, J273358. This necklace and bracelet actually works with all three color tunics. I realize that a lace tunic is not a basic, and not necessarily a MUST HAVE, but it is this type of clothing that gives your wardrobe DISTINCTION, ORIGINALITY, and shows YOUR sense of STYLE. When an article of clothing, such as this, becomes avail, and at an incredible price, it really deserves a second thought…..you may not need it right now, but when that wedding invitation, anniversary party etc etc come around, you’ll be ready………………..enjoy………much Love…………Louis

I LOVE this, especially the fit & flare cut. That dark teal color is an especial favorite of mine, & I’m all about the pairing of lace with jeans & leather. This piece is at the top of my list.
Mr. Dell’Olio, How would the lace tunic look over the faux shantung skirt for an evening look? Yeah or No way?!? Thanks, Rho
Absolutely….the lace tunic would work over almost an pencil, skirt
I love this idea, Rhoda and Louis! I go the faux shantung skirt in the olive and the midnight blue. Louis, which lace tunic do you suggest pairing with which skirt? Thanks!
Dear Cathy and Rhoda….I loved the idea of the lace top with the shantung skirt, but after looking at the colors together they really don’t work together. I hope you didn’t get the skirts just to go with the lace top. I’m sorry if I gave you the wrong advise!
Dear Louis,
No worries on my behalf; I bought the skirts way before this lace tunic came up … and have plenty of other pencil skirts in black, various greys, brown, navy … Now to choose a lace tunic; leaning toward Teal or Boysenberry 🙂
Dear Rhoda…………Just to let you know the ponte skirt in the chocolate… A230026 works very well with the Cocoa lace.
In the cart!…. Thank you Louis!
Cocoa is on my wish list. There is a flair/fullness in the front of the tunic, is it the same in the back? Please make sure we see the back on the show.
The back looks similar to the front, but remember there are no arms on the form, so when there are arms the garment is picked up a bit which will give the garment a slightly different hang. I will be sure to show the back
Swoon!!! I have been wanting a lace top for the longest time, and haven’t been able to find “the one”…until now. Thank you, Louis.
Dear Louis,
Love it! Does it slip over the head?
Dariann
Yes….there is plenty of room and the lace has stretch.
Do the cocoa and teal lace tops coordinate with last year’s tweed jackets in walnut and tarragon? They look lovely!
One more question: what is the length of this tunic? Thanks again.
The tunic is 31 inches for the xs
Since they are tunics with flare….I really don’t see them worn together.
Now we are talking! Buying!!
OMLDO! I bow at your feet! This IS a must have as far as I’m concerned. It’s divine. Cocoa for Thanksgiving, Boysenberry for Christmas, Teal for New Years Eve. Done!

Carol…….that’s what I was thinking…..LOl?……and you picked the right color for the appropriate Holiday!
Whoa… nice!! Very nice… I came to checkout your pics of the pearls but was really glad to see this first.
