The style is…….A210360……This is the third or fourth year I am offering this sweater………68 out of 71 women recommend this sweater……so I guess the majority like it….This was the original WAIST WHITTLING SWEATER, and the 68 women all say how slimming and flattering it is on the body. There are many special details to this sweater…..first the very flattering JEWEL NECKLINE, which is more open than a crew, a little dressier,….definitely more FEMININE………….however, it is the ribbing at the waist and the hem of the sleeve that gives this sweater the silhouette the women love so much! The sleeve has a little fullness just above the ribbing, and the ribbed waist…..gives a waist line and shape………Those are the reasons this sweater has been so successful. If you don’t own one, or you are new to Linea, I suggest you read the reviews………. One of the new colors is…………..CADET BLUE………a SMOKEY HAZY GRAYED BLUE………but do not think it is a DULL color…it ISN’T dull at all. It works perfectly, and was designed to go with the new BLUE CHECK BLAZER. In the photos above, I simply show it with the new BLUE PANT….avail in reg and petite sizes……………The NAVY PEARL NECKLACE is avail now……the STUD EARRING [both pierced and clip], and the BRACELET will be avail in JANUARY……….look at the photos above. The CADET BLUE works with so many colors….black, gray, camel, tan, wine, forest green….jeans of course….and I love it with walnut or the new BROWN PANT TOO. If you have any interest in this WHISPER KNIT SWEATER I suggest you place your order now….There has not been an airing of this sweater when it did not sell out…….don’t be caught in the rush………………………………………………………….scroll down…………………………………enjoy…………much Love……………….Louis

Hello,
I have never ordered a whisper knit turtleneck but would like to as soon as possible. I just am confused as to what size to order. I have read ALL the reviews and they are mixed as to weather to size up and size down. I am between a medium and a large in QVC sizing- wear a Medium in Susan Graver tops. I wear a 10-12 on top and a 14 pant and am pear shaped. I am not too “busty”- 36-38B. I do not wear “tight” tops but don’t want it too large either. I am 5’4 and age 61. I adore turtlenecks and love high turtlenecks (love to scrunch them)an am hoping I found the perfect one. I would appreciate any information you can give me.
Thank you.
Jane H.
Dear Jane…..This is advise I don’t like to give as, for me, it’s a guessing game. I think you should post this exact post on the QVC Linea Forum. This is a very popular TN and I’m sure the Linea ladies will give you better fit advise than I can as they own them and know first hand how they fit. There will also be women who are close to your size who can advise you better. I want your first WK sweater to be a good one. If you are a TN lover, I know you will LOVE these.
Mackenzie,
Some of the new items are now available to order on the Q (I.e. the petite pants). Just put in the item number. So far, the Town & Country Blazer isn’t yet available.
Thanks Anne,
The Town & Country Blazer and the tweed jackets are up on the Q. One size in the tweed jacket is already gone.
Thanks for the heads up to order early, Louis. Also, thanks to Kate for the hint to order early the day of Louis’ appearances BEFORE the items are shown. I intend to do that tomorrow so that I won’t miss out of the blue check town and country blazer.
Sorry, I was not very clear. I was asking if the cadet blue in the whisper knit and the cadet blue in the posh knit are the same color.
Hi DiAnne….they are very close, but not exactly the same. The PK Cadet Blue is greyer and the WK Cadet Blue is a little brighter and slightly bluer.
I have this sweater in every color you ever gave us and I am definitely one of the 68. I already have the cadet and berry in my hot little hands because I will not be left on the dreaded endless wait list for this one. Both of the new colors look amazing with the caviar pants. Thankfully I was able to snag two pairs of that color (one each of the black and camel) and I am going to be first in line for the blue and brown. LOVE<3 this fabric and the cut of the pants!
My list is too long for my closet, but it's easier to build a new closet than to hope for a Linea reorder!

Dear Carol truer words were never spoken
Is this the same color that the Post Knit is coming in? I guess I am asking if the Post Knit will go with the vest and the blue check jacket.
Thanks
Poor typing skills – I meant Posh Knit…
If you are asking if the berry red and and raspberry are the same color, no they are not, but the raspberry can be worn with the checks
Cadet blue is my color, but being an apple this style does not work for me. Please bring this color in another style as I love the vest and muffler. Love the Navy pearls. Missed out on the Ponte pants as the waist of 39..1X seemed so small. The 2X in your pants the crotch is always to long. Is that an easy fix? With my body shape the waist fit is most important to me. Heading south first of Nov.
Marylin…..too low of a crotch is not an easy fix. They would have to basically remake the pant by taking off the waist band shortening the pant from there, reshaping the side seams, reapplying the waist band and hoping the pant isn’t too short….it can be done, but it would probably cost more than the pant. A too short crotch IS an easy fix, because all it entails is “scooping” the crotch out…..bis lingo.
Thanks Louis for your quick answer. The vest will be great with my dark denim G2 Jeans. Love every thing else.
Dear Louis, Would you elaborate briefly on the concept of “scooping” the crotch out? I alter many of my clothes and have thought that lengthening the rise also meant removing the waist band, etc., etc. Good heavens, this is presumptuous – asking you for a sewing lesson 😐 And right before your show. I apologize. If I could learn this, I wouldn’t feel so cautious about ordering different pant styles.
Can’t wait for Tues. as my list is growing:-)
Honestly this is an alteration only a professional should do, because the balance can be thrown off. If the crotch is too high…it’s a matter of lowering it…..cutting fabric away. If the crotch is too low, than there isn’t enough fabric to raise it.
Thank you, Louis, for saving me future agony and frustration! A friend has mentioned a professional she’s been happy with, and I’ll just get the name and GO:-)
I’m in the countdown for Tues.!!!
Would the cadet blue WK sweater under the cadet blue quilted vest with the blue check jacket be too matchy, matchy?
Not for me….but add an accessory to break it up a little, whether it be a scarf or necklace……just something
Great, thanks!
