Christmas Wishes to Louis, Jac, and all the pups:
Santa comes but once a year,
But do not fret, nor do fear,
Whisper knits and—oooh—Posh, too,
Soft and warm for me and you!
Mixed with tweeds and dazzling beads,
Boucle, suede—not wants, but needs!
Leather, lace, ottoman knit—
Yes, we want to look like this!
Peplums, paisleys, pearls galore,
Panthers, pythons—we want more!
Sequins, fish scales, safari,
V-necks, scoop necks, more cardis!
Santa and his elves work late,
Helping Louis fill our plates,
Linea, it seems like Fate—
So be good for goodness sake!
BRAVO! That was really fun and you got it all in! Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas to you, Jac and your “girls”. They look like they have distinct personalities, what beautiful dogs. And Louis, thank you for making me look so good!
Very very different…..Annie is the quite one, she has a thing for socks. If we are ever missing white socks ….just look in Annie’s bed, Lili is our nature girl. She can sit outside on a chair for hours just taking it all in….Sammy is a Daddies girls…..she just wants love from Daddy all the time.

Yes, know about those Daddy’s girls… Our Emily– AKA 10 Pounds of Trouble– is a purebred Bichon who was rescued by the local SPCA from a puppy mill. The DH is a big dog guy and upon first meeting her declared: “That’s not a dog– it’s a rodent.” Well, smart gal that she is, she snuggled up to Dad and totally won him over. She is now his “little girl” and though he still often calls her “Rodent,” it is said with love and she responds to the word with tail wags and kisses, as it has become a term of endearment!–Blinddogs
Yes….that’s a familiar story. My older brother, who never was a “dog” person, has inherited three dogs from his three children who could no longer keep them for one reason or another. They, the pups, were only supposed to stay for a short while, but eventually they liked their new home o much they never left. Before my brother knew it he had THREE!He is smitten. I don’t think he realized, no0tr being brought up with animals, what personalities they all have. Us guys can become real saps where animals are concerned. BIG TREES fall HARD!

Dear Mr. Dell’Olio,
Your puppies are precious, and I love that the pillows are dressed in sequins too!
I’d like to take a moment to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the beautiful work you do, and for the lovely and insightful way you share your fashion counsel with all of us. I stumbled across you and Linea at QVC about a year ago, and am now proud to call myself a Linea Lady. I have never been so well dressed in my life, and your clothes are a joy to wear. I work as a marketing executive for a healthcare technology company, and my husband and I have a busy ten-year-old son. My life is crazy busy, but now, thanks to you, I always feel fabulous and put together. I can’t thank you enough for that.
I hope you and your beautiful wife Jac have a joyous Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
