I LOVE this BLUE TUNIC SHIRT, A252345, paired with………….WHITE…………It reminds me of the Greek Island of …..MYKONOS……….What a wonderful place to spend some time swimming in the clear aqua water…. laying on the beach….eating lunch and drinking cold white wine at the tavernas…..and then taking a nap…….one can dream!…..Actually, Jac and I have had some wonderful vacations there with some very close friends from Athens………Most, if not all, of the stucco houses on MYKONOS are white washed, and have bright blue shutters and doors……Colorful flowers cascade from the blue window boxes….it is PARADISE!…..This BLUE TUNIC, casually buttoned with one button just above the waist, worn with the WHITE JEAN, A252357, the WHITE ENR TANK, A233942 and a pair of silver flat sandals, would be the perfect outfit for a leisurely dinner at an outdoor cafe ……just about 10pm………..I have chosen to accessorize the outfit with the……..SILVER CHUBBY HOOP, J288005, the SILVER WIRE CUFF, J288001, the MYKONOS BLUE ENAMEL and SILVER LINK WATCH, J277885……………and the SILVER FISH PENDANT, J278128, which coincidentally has a BLUE EYE!………it will be coming!…..I think April but I’m not sure…………..scroll down…………………enjoy…………….much Love……………..Louis

Is the blue tunic going to match with either the lapis or the Limoges blue or is this another shade? It is really calling my name….
It’s closest to the lapis, but different fabrics take color differently…..what are you thinking?
The Greeks in Mykonos really know how to live! That color of blue is my favorite and looks beautiful with white and silver. Will be waiting with baited breath for this shirt and for the fish. Also in gold since I never got it the first time around. Where I live, these are year round fabrics for me, especially since I’m warm natured. People have always told me that when I got older I would feel colder and might even be able to wear a sweater in the winter. Well, I’m 71 and still waiting!!
My mother was the same way! My parents were both 96 when they passes 21 days apart. My father was always cold and my mother was always hot…but when they were young…it was the opposite!
I sense a deep love story between your parents, as suggested by one passing 21 days after the other’s transition.
76 years married, and they new each other as children.
Good morning Louis,
Could you clarify the item number of the silvertone fish pendant? You cited the goldtone pendant which is J278128. According to goDFReaKo the silvertone will have a different number which is J288023.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
I would have thought it would be, and should be the same as the gold which is J278128. When you search this number the pendant comes up.
Love you/hate you, Louis. You’ve always got something beautiful up your well-designed sleeve. Lovely tunic shirts. 🙂
Ah, Mykonos! We actually drank beer in the sun and wrote our thank you postcards from our wedding. Getting this shirt will remind me of my honeymoon. question: will it work as a jacket with the blue Greek maxi? Thanks!
I remember the pictures you posted! weren’t you by the windmills? Not sure what skirt you are referring to? I will have a long slim print skirt coming that this will work as a shirt jacket for.
Louis, I think she is referring to the blue and white Greek Maxi dress.
Yes, the Greek maxi–it was me by the windmills and by the beautiful white church. What a beautiful place to be. Would the blues match–or coordinate??
I no longer have those samples so I can not check.
Well, I’ll give it a shot. If not–it’s still a beautiful blue!
Oohh!!! When is the long print skirt coming that will go with the new blue tunic shirt? I think that just might be what it takes to push me into the blue zone…LOL
Dear Sherry…..in the merry month of MAY.
Thank you so much, I’ll be wearing that beautiful blue shirt with white leggings, when it finally warms up, and waiting on the skirt.
Good morning Louis…I have NEVER been a “blue” girl, but this “blue” is calling my name…very loudly…LOL. I think I need a little bit of paradise to get Spring off to a start.
