I have the low down. When the denims were posted on the Linea site for a day or two….at the most….as happens when new styles are recorded……who ever saw it and quickly ordered got delivery. However, consider yourselves very lucky. because that really shouldn’t have happened. The bulk of the order is still in process and is not avail yet….but it will be coming this month!

Louis, FYI: I ordered two pairs of the denim jeans on waitlist when they initially appeared and they were just delivered a few days ago. LOVE them, and do hope the ordering snafus will be worked out for the other ladies.
BUT QVC RUINED my much anticipated plans for wearing the new linen suit in twig: I received the jacket but they sent different pants and they are now sold out! So I will keep the lovely jacket and will have to figure out how to mix and match since the Q’s incompetent warehouse/order fulfillment system has denied me the matching pants. This is the 6th error since January on Linea items I ordered! I have given up trying to get the v-neck WK sweater in red, since twice they sent a mock-neck sweater instead!
If you run into Claire Watts, the CEO who is supposed to have been tasked by Mike George to oversee fulfillment operations, next time you are at QVC, please yell at her for me!- Blinddogs
Dear Blinddogs…what a MESS.I know …you know I have nothing to do with QVC’s operations or how they run their business, but you can be sure I will forward your message to the QVC buyers…..If I ran into Claire Watts in the hall, I wouldn’t know who she was. I have never been introduced….that I can remember. I hope you are on wait list for your pants. There are always dissatisfied customers who will return for one reason or another.
Louis, yes of course, I know you have nothing to do with the warehouse/order fulfillment problems of QVC. The twig pants were totally sold out– BUT for one brief moment a few days ago, a waitlist opened up in my size and I got on waitlist. Fingers crossed I will actually get them. Now they are not even available for order on waitlist.Love the black tweedy linen pants and jacket. Almost as great as my all time favorite summer suit: the herringbone jacket and pants in linen-look fabric you did a while back. Blinddogs

I just hope that QVC KNOWS how many of us Linea ladies are
chomping a the bit to get our eager little hands on these
denim items. It would be VERY foolish of them to not
order in enough to cover the want.

I don’t know who told you that the original waitlist orders were filled but that is not true. I ordered as soon as they came on line as wait list items, literally. I checked the day of your show (April 2) and they had gone from “waitlist” to “in process” and then they (my 3 vest and 3 pants) disappeared. I called c/s and was transferred to a supervisor who did some kind of research and found my orders. She tried to retrieve them and couldn’t. She said they were no longer available. I noticed there are other customers that have mentioned their orders disappeared. End of the day, if I receive these items or not, it certainly is not your fault but we look to you to have more leverage to find out what is going on. Soon you’ll have to drive the UPS truck and Jac will have to toss the packages on our front porches!!
I really have no answer for what QVC does….it’s all a fog to me. All I know is the bulk of the order has not been processed so you should be able to get what you want.I will see if I can get a due date.
