I have nothing like this tan jacket in my closet and with so much black and white currently residing there, this will be the ideal way to freshen up and try something different. I know tans are a rich and varied colorway, so wondering how the black floral cardigan (which has tan in it) works back to the tan pants? And, is this jacket too structured to wear over the new t-shirt dress?
Dear Kate the tan pant looks good with the black cardigan and I tried the tan jacket over the black t-shirt dress and they work perfectly together. I prefer the jacket left open, but if you must button….only the top button looks best.
I looked at the floral again with the DK TAN. There really is no dark tan in the print….it’s more of a twig taupe….but I do like the dk tan with it…..it’s like….you wear khakis with anything….same thing
