Jac looks like she is a wonderful chef AND food stylist. When I first saw the picture, I assumed you were feasting in a fine restaurant! You are one lucky man.
…and what a beautiful tropical looking charger for the plate. Low in calories, but cholestrol is a double edged sword, but definitely a treat that can be lingered over once in a while, and a LOT healthier than my favorite, Chinese orange shrimp. Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Enjoy!
Looking gorgeously scrumptious—lovin’ that flatware too!!!!!!!!!!
You are a “spoily boy” (a term of endearment in our family) indeed.
Yes…I guess I am….started with my mother…that’s what happens when your the baby of the family!
Yum!! what time should I arrive for lunch tomorrow? 🙂

looks so good
And most important….. VERY HEALTHY.
Do I spy maybe a birthday celebration? enjoy!
I am definitely making this. My kind of meal! Thank you, Jac, for the inspiration.
An absolutely divine presentation by your beautiful Jac! Being from the Napa Valley, I need to know if you had a wine pairing to complete your feast.
We had a lovely bottle of chilled Sancerre.
Perfect!
She ROCKS…enjoy!!!
You are preaching to the choir about the virtues of your beautiful Jac! She IS the best!
You are indeed a lucky man, Louis. Jac knows — and used — the French approach to food: Food must first appeal to the eye. Beautifully presented before the King of Linea. Kali Orexi! (Good Appetite, in Greek)
What a beautiful presentation!! So pleasing to the eye, artful, but casual. Delicious, too, I imagine. Bon appétit, Louis!

Your Jac is a treasure! That photo made my mouth water! Now I’m hungry….
