“THE SAGE BEAD & SIGNATURE CHARM NECKLACE”

logo beads

………………………….The second color being offered in the new BEAD & LOGO CHARM NECKLACE, J321802…..is SAGE……….Actually, it looks more like JADE to me, but we aren’t allowed to call it Jade unless it is actually made of Jade to avoid any confusion. Again, it coordinates with the SAGE DEW DROP PENDANT NECKLACE, J320890, and the SIGNATURE LOGO NECKLACE, 320468…..all in the same SAGE and GOLD. As of now the new necklace and the Dew Drop pendant are avail. only in GOLD, but if they prove to be successful perhaps I will be able to offer them in Silver in the future…….maybe in a beautiful sea glass blue………..Worn against a dark color, such as the navy above, they really make a strong statement……worn against a softer color or ivory and white…..the statement is more subtle………….I want to bring your attention to the photo at the upper right. The necklace is doubled and would be a great filler for your “button down” shirts……or simply worn this way for a change…………………………enjoy…………………much Love…………………………..Louis

There is such an appealing Asian vibe to your signature logo, Louis. Others on this board have noted that previously. The sage (jade to me, as well; I own it) pendant paired with this new bead and signature necklace satisfies a certain exotic taste for me. Absolutely love it! And I was once a non-pendant person. Welcome to the world of Louis.

Dear Goldie. I’m so glad you are experimenting with pendants. They were never my first choice either, but I’m finding more and more a strong need for the simplicity of a single object hanging from a chain, cord, wire etc. I still love my statement necklaces, and there is a time and place for all of it. With clothes becoming more and more casual I think the demand and need for simpler pieces is going to grow.Though the mix of casual and clothing with statement necklaces is still trending. As fore the new necklace,I love the fact that each of the Signature necklaces can be worn on their own or layered for different effects. There is a definite Asian coin influence to the Signature charm. That was my intent. I didn’t want it to be obvious, and unless you are in the know, I doubt that anyone would realize there are Ls in the circle. I also didn’t want the charms to be an exact copy of the Signature button. So each charm is a different take on the button…..nothing matches. Some even see crosses which was not my intent. As you know the vertical bar of a religious cross is always longer than the horizontal bar. If anything this is more like a red cross insignia and does not have any religious significance, but everyone sees things differently.

Interesting how we see things differently. My daughter in law thought the center was an “X” and the outer ring was a circle representing hugs; ergo hugs and kisses “XOXOXO”. I have 2 of each and keep them out as my default necklaces and buying more to be made into bracelets (are there any plans for bracelets?). So looking forward to pink and green versions. I love Asian inspired jewelry and wear with pearls since Asian jewelry and pearls are so right together. I’m not on the pendant bandwagon yet. Something doesn’t excite me about smaller pendants but I do like the colors you selected. These are very well made, heavily plated necklaces and worth every penny. Thanks, Louis

I don’t wear crosses; I never saw them in your signature necklaces. They always looked Asian to me.

I’ve found a way to help me with layering. I place different strands on the top edge of my rocking chair and just play with them. I’ve been collecting ethnic and southwestern pieces for forty years. I’m a small person but never liked “dainty” jewelry.

Yesterday a friend came over and she started fiddling with the four necklaces I now have out and came up with an even new combination. It’s easier to see them when they’re not around my neck.
