‘Another LOOK”

orb1

…………………………..Hi Everyone…….Since it will be more than a month until my next show, and I don’t want you to be in sneak peek withdrawal….LOL….. I thought it would be fun to take “another LOOK” at some of the pictures I have posted before……I thought seeing the DEW DROP PENDANT and EARRING set, J320890, would be a good place to start. If you are new to Linea or maybe have not paid much attention to this piece I thought it would be worth while to refresh your memories just how versatile this piece can be. Remember the DEW DROP is an enhancer so it can be attached to many other necklaces you may already own, whether they are Linea or not……..All different types of chains like my STATUS link [upper left] or PEARLS in different colors….can really extend your jewelry wardrobes by just adding the Dew Drop. Also remember you can double the existing chain it comes with to wear it at various lengths [upper right]……………….enjoy….and be on the lookout for additional “re-looks”……..Is there a picture you would like to see re-posted again????……………………………………………much Love………………………………………..Louis

I recently wore my green drop with the clear beads (J284043) and it was elegant but also beachy. Love this attached to a bracelet; great idea.

Louis, I love those enhancers! I vote for more enhancer styles in the future.

For relooks, I’m interested in seeing how to more of the color blocking, like you did with Kate in black shrug, wisteria tank and white skirt. I can usually get two colors going but the third is always my downfall. So maybe some three pieces three colors looks from the recent collections. We all have tons of solids in the WK, PK, LL and Linea Ponte groups.

Part of pyramid arrived yesterday and every single piece is a keeper and a winner. The maxis are the perfect length for me and the braided pieces are killer.

    Love you lots,

Dear Carol….when I put three colors together I usually start with two neutrals and add the surprise or shock color….like the colors in the zig zag pieces…or black tan and then the pow color…PETROL BLUE….white navy and pow Turquoise, grey, camel and pow PALE PINK [yes pastels can be the pow color too]….That works for all seasons. Mixing three colors takes an eye for color and balance….YSL was a genius when it came to mixing colors….I’m not bad myself. Again, usually start with a dark color like plum, add fuchsia…..still in the same family….and then the pow color like turq or lime. For fall it’s the same formula….camel black HOT PINK……..start with your neutrals and go from there.Start noticing how designers put color blocking together……it more or less the way I’ve said…..Mixing more than 3 colors should be left in the hands of the professionals…LOL

I’m challenged at mixing three, so the idea of more is totally out of my wheelhouse! What about metallics? Should those be the neutral or the POW?

Camel, black and hot pink going to be my next attempt!

What kind of metallics…apparel or accessories? You have to be careful with metallic clothes…..they have to be very good quality or they can look tacky…..I love metallic accessories….especially in the summer when they can become the neutral. Jac has a slew of metallic sandals pewter, gunmetal, silver, antique gold, copper…they are all good.

Another Look between Sneak Peeks. Thank you, Louis. What fun for us Linea Ladies!
I must also add my sincere thanks for your beautiful clothing in plus sizes. I do not know what I would do without you to dress me. And without an upcharge in price. I can not thank you enough except to keep buying your amazing clothing and jewelry designs.
