I had received some questions about the lack of certain sizes and colors in the new crepe pant shown on my Friday 9am show. I have checked with my asst. buyer at QVC and she replied that there were no shortages or damages. All that was ordered was shipped. There were definitely pre show sales…….I guess partly due to my sneak peaks and by show time certain colors in certain sizes were extremely limited or according to you….gone. Again, everything ordered was shipped and in stock…..Louis

I also wasn’t able to order the black pants. Believe me I was ready before midnight but the 2x size was sold out. I rechecked and stalked, but gave up on the black. I was able to snag the sand color. I’d love to know about that phantom revenue. Perhaps, someone will receive a black pair, when another color was ordered? Regardless, a beautiful collection of clothes was shown. Thanks for designing for women of all shapes and sizes.
Either “pants on fire” or QVC is doing a very poor job of ordering sufficient quantity to meet demand. More and more Linea customers are ordering at midnight to avoid having their size and colors sell out. It’s conceivable that the miniscule quantity ordered sold out before other midnight purchasers’ orders were registered. Either way, customers’ needs have gone unfulfilled. QVC is leaving money on the table and customers are getting yet more frustrated with QVC. My two cents.

I echo Carol’s comments exactly, the same black size small. I did exactly the same thing as Carol.
I question their explanation, too. The only possibility for truth is that they failed to order the missing sizes. I tried to buy the black pant in small the second that new stock came on line before midnight EST on the 19th. Small black crepe pants, 2X black pants and pale sand medium pants all were X’ed out and showed “SOLD OUT.” Later in the hour between midnight and 1 A.M. EST, the “SOLD OUT” sign went down but the box for black size small was x’ed. Checking the next morning before 6 A.M. EST, none were available, nor have they been at any time since and believe me, I’ve been stalking.
I find this completely impossible to believe. I’m not doubting that this is what you were told, but I can 100% guarantee that there were NO small black pants available as I was trying to buy them BEFORE MIDNIGHT and they were showing sold out. We’re experts by now at trying to beat the clock with our buying and we all know the pants are going to sell out first. I’d be interested in knowing how many small black crepe pants were ordered and asking them to produce a list of order numbers that included this size and style Not only did we “beat the clock”, we kept checking back for hours and even days to see when those pants would show up, and they never did. Unless someone came online seconds before I got in and bought up every single pair in a single order, I’m not buying this explanation. No refection on you, Louis, just another way QVC has made shopping with them a really bitter pill.

I, too, was unable to order the black and sand pants. I was online at midnight, they were X’d out.
I’d be curious to see the invoice and the statistics for the revenue that these phantom pants generated.
I wonder if they are sitting in a warehouse waiting to be released in a year or two??
Is it any wonder the LDO folks have stopped ordering from Q for any other items?
