………………………IT JUST NEVER GETS OLD!!!!………..IT’S ALWAYS THRILLING when an AMERICAN athlete wins a medal……but…..when they get GOLD….and the STAR SPANGLED BANNER PLAYS…..and the AMERICAN FLAG is raised higher than all the others….you just can’t help but feel….as an American………….PROUD…..tears of happiness come to my eyes…….all politics and world troubles go out the window and the world is how it should ALWAYS BE with………PEACE & HAPPINESS…………I congratulate the US BASKETBALL TEAM for winning GOLD once again!!! and to ALL OF THE AMERICAN ATHELETS…….and to ALL ATHELES from all nations who made their countries proud………Today the games end….and the closing ceremonies will take place…..then……it’s the BIG WAIT for four years until the next SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES take place in………….LOS ANGELES…….USA!!!!!!! I can’t wait!

……………………..The CURB LINK DESIGN is a MODERN CLASSIC!………..The Curb Link design has been used for…..necklaces……bracelets….belts…..decorations on shoes and boots…..the arms of eyeglasses…straps on dresses…..and EARRINGS…..etc….etc……J427317 is the style number of this BRONZE earring……It is available on my LINEA JEWELRY QVC site in……STERLING SILVER….18 KARAT GOLD….and 18 KARAT ROSE GOLD plate….It is made with the ELECTROFORM process so it has a major presence but is light weight!………This is a classic design with a twist, and lots of fun to wear!

……………….There are seasons and collections that are almost void of color……..Sometimes a color or two are added just to break up the black, grey and neutrals………..and then…………there are collections that look like the RAINBOW fell on them……This was such a collection…….The four models…..NADEGE…..ELAINE…..YASMEEN…..and CHRISTY…..are all wearing the exact same outfits……Knit Turtlenecks…..Zip Front fitted Jackets…..pleated skirts, gloves, and tights…[side zip booties in different colors, not in the picture]……ALL IN DIFFERENT COLOR COMBINATIONS…..The custom hammered gold zipper pulls, and all the earrings were part of my AK COUTURE JEWELRY COLLECTION…..I even had hammered gold earrings that matched the signature zipper pulls that repeated on many styles…………Only a woman with confidence and imagination would wear these outfits!…………P.S…….they sold well!

…………………Something different with a hoop…….J435490……is a Bronze…..”HEXAGON”…hoop plated in either…..STERLING SILVER….or 18 KARART GOLD………If you are a HOOP LOVER…..and are always looking for something new….this is for you…..I think this shape would look great not only with solid color clothing, but with geometric or floral prints too………….You can NEVER, IMHO, have too many HOOP EARRINGS!

…………………….TAUPE & BLACK is super CHIC!…….It can be as BOLD as Black and White……but it’s  some what more subtle, and toned down……..Yasmeen and Christy at the left, are both wearing jackets made out of a CHENNILE, SILK & WOOL blend JACQUARD FLORAL  fabric that was made exclusively for me in Italy. This company was a big supplier for Armani……Nadege, in the center, is wearing a  side two button  sweater cardigan in the same jacquard pattern as the jackets….I was able to use the same yarns as the jacket for the sweater….NADEGE, at the right, is wearing a CHEVRON pattern jacket and skirt in the same Taupe and Black Chenille, Silk and Wool blend. Her Chevron jewel neck sweater in the matching Taupe and black is also in the same yarns as the jacket……Sometimes the yarns used for a woven jacket are compatible for knit machines, and some times not….I was lucky as in this case the yarns worked…….In the center photo, Nadege is wearing a short black suede side zip bootie that I previously posted from a Neiman’s catalogue….ALL of the accessories….gloves, shoe, tights and the lacquered earrings and belt were all black.
