……………………..THANKSGIVING….is a very special Holiday…….Firstly….it is uniquely AMERICAN………It’s the one Holiday that is all about FAMILY, and giving THANKS……for what you have……There’s very little commerciality involved….no gift giving…unless you are bringing a side dish or a desert….or maybe something special to drink, to where ever you have been invited…or if friends are visiting you….but……what truly makes it SPECIAL is being with family, and being thankful for all of the blessings that have been bestowed upon us!…….We MUST also remember those who are much less fortunate…..People who don’t have family to share the joy of the season with, and those who find it extremely hard to even put food on the table to share with their families!…..Every pre Thanksgiving, all of the grocery stores I go to have big boxes at the front doors for food donations. They even have a list of things you can buy to donate…..I always do………..It’s the very least I can do to help those who are in need, and every year it seems to get worse and worse….So…..this Thanksgiving we should be all so grateful for what we do have, for our families and friends……and try to help the many people who aren’t as blessed as we…………..HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!!

………………For my Christmas decorations I have created many new CENTER PIECES through out the house…..Starting from left to right….The red vase on the gold charger is the centerpiece on my kitchen table….It’s a combination of different greens, a variety of berries, and gold pods which I had and sprayed. I also added an hydrangea bloom that I also sprayed gold…..At the base are pine cones I sprayed gold too…..The center blue vases are in my dining room on the table. Again, I use a variety of greens and berries…….The gold vase at the right is in my gathering room. Again, I used assorted greens, berries and gold pods…….EVERYTHING is FAUX…….I didn’t want to have to WATER ANYTHING!

…………….All of the above pictures are in my dining room……The two different silver vases on my dining table, one at each side, again have an assortment of greens and different berries….I added RED CARDINALS, which were my mother in laws favorite birds…..The top center photo is an arrangement I put on an end table in the dining room……The theme in the dining room is SILVER, and BLUE, with GREEN & RED accents.
