THE TURTLENECK…….For me the ULTIMATE TURTLENECK is, A259110…..shown here in the ULTIMATE BLACK……I know there are many of you who have been waiting for this particular sneak peek….wait no more…..The previous, very popular turtleneck,  A72448, is more of a classic shape….somewhat straight in the body. This is more of a “designer” turtleneck with many more details…..The length is approx. 24 inches long for the XS. There are 3 by 3 rib borders on the sleeves, body hem, and the fold over turtleneck itself. The bottom band of ribs is approx. 9 inches wide. Where it hits on you will depend if you are short, long or average waisted. There is a lot of stretch to this Whisper Knit sweater so don’t let the measurements fool you. The hip  measurement will seem very small…..IT IS NOT once it is on the body. I think you should stay with the size you normally buy in WK. The only measurements you would look at are the shoulder width and bust. With this ribbed cuff, it is very easy to turn them back if the sleeve is too long for you. I have shown it above in a  way that I think is elegant, timeless and pure CHIC…….the black turtleneck with the TAUPE SUPER PONTE LEGGING and BLACK SUPPER PONTE ELONGATED JACKET……With two strands of my GOLD HORSE BIT NECKLACES, my BOLD GOLD HOOPS, and BIG BLACK SUNGLASSES, it…..”IS”…..Madison Avenue……………..It is a classic Jackie O look…………..For my turtleneck lovers REJOICE…..this one is definitely for you………………………………….

…………..SIENNA……..is a brand new glorious color……………..It looks incredible with my new CHOCOLATE or GUNMETAL pieces of jewelry. The gunmetal and root beer cross IS coming back, and so is the long spaced bead necklace I am showing with it….The long necklace looks much shinier in the photo than it actually is…… This color looks fantastic with anything WALNUT including my new WALNUT PONTE SKIRT with the matching WALNUT OPAQUE TIGHTS…..Above, I have it shown with the long BLACK WK SKIRT . Many of you have already seen the………….PEACOCK TURTLENECK, 259110, during one of my shows. It is the last color I will be having in this new turtleneck, and it is another beautiful accent color to add to you growing WK wardrobes. I happen to LOVE it mixed with the NUTMEG WK SKIRT and the matching WK SCARF in NUTMEG…still to come….A pair of WINE, LUGGAGE, BROWN or BLACK boots is all you need to complete the look….even a pair of fabulous COWBOY boots would look incredible…………..Do not be afraid to mix colors…..it’s not as difficult as you may think….and it certainly makes dressing so much more fun!…………………………

Sept 1st and Labor Day is here……Where did the summer go? I guess that’s something I say every Labor Day.  I only wish our fall is as beautiful as our summer has been. This summer has been a study in contrasts and disasters…..Glorious weather and horrendous weather, drought and floods, blazing hot and cool weather…….earthquakes and hurricanes….. I hope you have made it through the summer unscathed.
