………………One of my most popular colors in this shirt is the CHILI PEPPER……..The photo isn’t quite accurate as the color isn’t this bright of a red…..it actually is deeper and has more brown in it, but it is still a vivid color. With my BLACK BOHO skirt, A70208, a black patent belt and my MULTI STRAND NECKLACE, J278123, in the MULTI COLOR….and the PERFECT MATCHING EARRING, the MULTI COLOR DROP, J270116…..it’s easy, comfortable, but makes a bold statement. I do have two necklaces on the mannequin as I like a full lush look…..one necklace is plenty, but it’s a carry over from when I did BIG RUNWAY SHOWS….if they couldn’t see it in the last row then there was no need for it………The shirt has also been reordered in….. …..BLACK……WHITE……….ESPRESSO…….NAVY [which is getting limited already], and the SAGE with is very limited……A heads up….there are many pieces that work with the this CHILI PEPPER blouse from the past…like the CP Boho, but I will have many new pieces that will work perfectly with this color blouse in the months ahead. It’s Feb……..two more months and SPRING will be here! I thought I would post one of my favorite Linea watches, THE ENAMEL LINK WATCH, J277885.  This watch goes with many things I have done, many reorders to come, including the denim, and many new things to come for Spring/Summer. The manufacturer of his watch also made the Panther Link and the Crystal band watch……they make an incredible  time piece and their execution and quality is superb. I first saw a watch like this in the early 70’s  in the store window of Gucci’s in Florence Italy. It was a unisex watch. I went inside and tried on the gold with a sort of tortoise enameling. It was beautiful, but it was  just too expensive for me at the time. I have always regretted not buying that watch!……….. When the opportunity to do watches for my Linea ladies came to fruition……one of the first things I thought about was that Gucci watch from so many years ago. This may not be the same quality of the Gucci watch, but I can tell you the look is there. If I had seen THIS watch in the window….I still would have gone in to take a look………………..

The LIMOGES BLUE MOCK NECK, A87423, is now avail for ordering. The Limoges blue is the new gorgeous color added to this very popular MOCK NECK SWEATER……..I can say that, because with this new color, this is the fourth time this sweater has be reordered. I have offered you quite a few mock neck sweaters, and each one is quite different……so I will explain the differences……..First, this mock neck is 60% cotton and 40% acrylic, unlike the WK which is a rayon and nylon blend. This entire sweater is in the ENR stitch…..making THIS SWEATER in THIS YARN in THIS STITCH a little heavier than the WK. It has the RETRO LOOK and SPACE AGE LOOK of an  Andre Courreges sweater of the 60s and 70s. He was and still is a very famous French designer who  claims the mini skirt as his invention……of course Mary Quant has something to say about that……back to the sweater. The weight  and thickness of this sweater is very forgiving and hence very flattering. It is a true ELBOW sleeve length……To sum it up……the major differences are the yarn, the weight and the all over ENR construction, which is unique to this particular sweater……………Above, I have simply paired the sweater with a vintage brushed cotton Linea white skirt……and…..Linea jewelry….some avail. NOW, and some to come this spring. The FISH PENDANT….the WIRE CUFF……the CHUBBY HOOP are all coming this spring…..The ENAMEL WATCH, J277885, has great reviews, and in the BLUE/SILVER combo is going to look perfect with the SILVER FISH with the BLUE EYE!……Also, the SILVER PANTHER LINK WATCH, J273959 is a classic must have….simply because it work with everything and has a wonderful presence. This is the PERFECT WHITE MOCK NECK SWEATER, A87423………Due to the yarn, the ENR and the weight of this sweater… there is NO SEE THROUGH…..something very difficult to achieve in a white sweater. If you love TURTLENECKS and MOCK NECKS….this is a MUST HAVE……actually, in WHITE,  you should have TWO!……. The PERFECTLY PINK MOCK NECK SWEATER above, A87423, is one of the prettiest PASTEL colors I have done. I’m not a big user of pastel colors, thought there are many of them, done right, that are quite beautiful.
