Dear Louis: Got the blouse in tarragon last night, I just the feminity of this blouse and the flow of the fabric – with or without the tie, it is just so 40’s. Reminds me of the crepe blouses in my TCM movies with Hepburn and Irene Dunn. Thanks sooooooooooooooooooo much for bringing back this ladylike look for us. Love the tarragon.
