…………………I don’t know if you are a follower of this series…..”1923″……………but it’s wonderful with an incredible cast…….Last night was the final episode of the series……and it may have been the very FINAL episode, as I haven’t heard it was coming back. It seems they tied up all of the story lines, so I don’t think there is anything left to tell……It was great…spoiler alert!………very SAD ending…..I actually got teary!…….I only have one question for those who follow the series…..WHO is the one that brings Kevin Costner into the world?
Dear Louis, I too loved the series, not all of Taylor Sheridan’s gory parts, but the story line was wonderful as it tied up all the loose ends. I asked the same question as you did about the baby that would become Kevin Costner’s character and the only thing that seems to work for that would be that the “preemie” that Helen Mirren was taking care of (Alex and Spencer’s son) was the future John Dutton we watched in Yellowstone. They ended the series by saying that Spencer never remarried but took care of the ranch for 45 years before lying down in the graveyard and that Alex wanted the baby to be named John, before she died. That scenario might work, but old Taylor Sheridan might have been grasping at straws to make it work At any rate, I too shed a tear at the end. In spite of all the bloodshed etc, I just loved the Alex/Spencer love story. I’m glad there were others such as yourself that watched it and enjoyed it as I did.
